Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days locally (South Africa) for all orders stocked and warehoused within South Africa. 

International orders usually take 7-14 days for all orders shipped out of and into South Africa; however, in some instances these orders may take up to 30 days.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

RETURN TO SENDER
Any parcel that is marked as 'Return to Sender' outside of South Africa WILL NOT be re-shipped. The shipping company disposes of these parcels. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their parcel.

TRACKING
Your tracking number becomes active once the parcel is picked up by the shipping company.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
South Africa shipments will arrive between 3-5 days for locally stocked products; however, if the products are shipped into South Africa from other countries other than South Africa (Overseas), shipments may arrive between 7-14 days, and in rare cases, take up to 30 days. International shipments travelling overseas from South Africa typically arrive between 7-14 days, and in rare cases they may take up to 30 days.

STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ensure that your parcel is being delivered to a safe, reliable location.
We are not liable for any stolen shipments once marked as Delivered. It is imperative for the buyer to understand that once the parcel is collected by the courier partner, the risk shifts from the merchant, Tree Among Shrubs, to the buyer.
